Surrey Place is neighborhood of 87 homes that was first established in 1962 at a time when Chamblee-Tucker was nothing but a quiet, two-lane road! We are fortunate to have healthy participation in the Surrey Place Homeowner’s Association. We collect $20/year for dues in April and May, and a formal reminder is sent out in the spring newsletter. Please feel free to join us at any of our functions or meetings. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and to find out what’s going on in our area! We also collaborate with the Dresden East Civic Association (DECA), a coalition of 8 neighborhoods in the surrounding community.
